Get ready for a special workshop opportunity! Renowned drummer Raquy Danziger, of Raquy and the Cavemen fame, will be visiting Eugene Oct 5-6th, and you can study with her and see her in concert! Raquy will teach a workshop for all dancers and drummers who want to learn more about Middle Eastern Rhythms, Thursday Oct 5th, 7-9pm at Celebration Belly Dance and Yoga studio. Bring zills or a drum (or two!) and learn to play many rhythms, from simple to complex. Some drums and zills available to borrow. Workshop is $35 pre- registered, or $40 at the door if space allows.
