Illuminist Raquy Danziger is thrilled to collaborate with Izzy Pludwinski, master scribe and author of The Beauty of the Hebrew Letter who will hand write the text of the Ketubah in the holy city of Jerusalem.
Raquy uses the skills she learned from years of study in Istanbul of illumination painting techniques to make a stunning, shining, one of a kind Ketubah painted with real gold and made with top quality archival materials.
A Custom Ketubah can be designed to reflect your own interest and taste to make a completely unique Ketubah that is just for you. You can choose to request a completely new design, or a modification of an existing design from my collection.
Raquy can also take the text of an old ketubah and give it a “makeover” by redoing the art around it.
Including:
-meeting (video or in person) to decide on theme and motifs
-you can use standard text, or customize it to suit you
-you will receive drafts of the design that can be altered until you are completely in love
-you will get pictures and videos of the painting process
-painted with the highest quality gold, watercolors, gouache and acrylic paints on acid free, vegan archival paper.
-certificate of authenticity
