Under My Wings

This is a portrait of the artist Raquy flying off of the Galata Tower in Istanbul.

It’s inspired by the story of Ahmed Celebi 17th century Ottoman Empire who build wings and successfully landed on the Asian side.

The music notes on the bottom is an excerpt from Raquy’s melodic composition called “Under My Wings”

The Arabic text on top says “taht el Ganahi” which means “Under My Wings.
